Hello loves, in this blog post im going to be telling you about what I currently have in my makeup bag. I am loving everything in here and some products I have used for a while but here is an insight on each thing! In terms of my makeup bag which is In the first picture, I have been using this for way over a year now, it fits everything perfectly! It is from Oliver Bonas and I love how the face on the front of it looks like my tattoo, (if you want to know what I mean by that, go and read my post about my tattoo's...).

CLINIQUE MOISTURE SURGE //

This is a product I have used for a good while now. It is my all time favourite moisturiser and I use it weather I am wearing makeup or having a day where im not. It gives your skin the biggest 'moisture surge'... see what I did there. I honestly feels like you have rinsed your face with water, leaving it baby skin soft. I got this huge tub from the airport when I went on holiday but before this I have been through two more! They last so long and are SO worth it.

CLINQUE ALL ABOUT THE EYES //

I literally cant use the face cream without using the matching eye cream. I have again used this alongside the face cream for a few years now. I can always see a difference in my skin when I use this which is why I carry on! Again this leaves my under-eyes, more moisturised and makes my skin look radiant. I always used this all round my eyes, under and on my eye lids, but you only need the tiniest bit meaning it lasts you just as long as the face cream.

MARIO BADESCIO FACE SPRAY //

This is another product ive probably been using for about half a year. I was switching between this and a face spray by Pixi which I also love. But I picked this baby up in Urban Outfitters and I LOVE it! It has the most amazing delicate smell of rose, which isnt overwhelming as that would really put me off of using it. I will use this both before and after my makeup, it again helps to make my skin feel moisturised as I later on use bit of powder products!

RIMMEL LONDON FOUNDATION //

This foundation is a new found love of mine, well I say new, ive had it for a few months now. I had watched Soph Does Nails review it on her channel and even though she doesn't like things that aren't very high coverage, thats exactly what I like which I why I love this! It matches my skin tone perfecting and blends in like I have nothing on my skin which is what I love about it. It is so thin and light and has a sponge applicator inside, just like a concealer to apply it to your face!

RIMMEL LONDON MATTE POWDER //

So my next step is always powder as I don't currently use a concealer, as I love found my foundation is without it! But I always use my powder lightly just in the t-zone of my face as I hate looking 'cakey'. I used to use this powder years ago, back when I was in high school and ive used many different ones inbetween but I decided to try this one again and forgot how much I liked it. Its a really good, well priced powder for anyone who doesn't want to spend a silly amount of money on the same amount of product!

CYO MATTE BRONZER //

This is the product that in my makeup bag I have been using for the least amount of time. I had never used a CYO product before as it is quite new into boots and I hadn't had the chance to test anything yet but I really like this! It was so cheap at only £4, and has the nicest smell of coconut when you open it! It adds a really nice bronze glow to my face. I was looking for a while for a bronzer with no glitter in it, which is quite hard and when I found this one I was very happy, I would definitely reccomend you to test it if you haven't already!

COLOR POP EYE SHADOW //

I have been using this colour pop eye shadow for a while, as an inner corner eye highlight, on the tip of my nose and also on my cupids bow. I love the way highlight looks on your cheeks but I prefer to do that when I am going out In the evening or on a special occasion! So to add a little bit of glow to my face while I am going my day to day business I use the shade acorn to wake my eyes up and I really feel like it makes a big difference to my whole face!

BENEFIT BROW PRODUCTS //

I have been using these three products together for a while now. I will always use the pomade first, sculpting the shape of my brow, under and over and then using a brush to blend that all in together. If there are then any gaps left I will use the pencil to fill those in, I always make sure that I dont use too much when doing that as ive made that mistake before and they did not look good! Then I will use the brown gel to set them into place so those suckers don't move in the day.

'BETTER THAN SEX' MASCARA //

Now for my all time favourite mascara. I have been blessed with long lashes and I love them! Mascara is my favourite step of makeup as I feel like it makes such a big difference and makes my eyes look way bigger. I always use an older mascara and then a new one to build up the look that I end up with, l always feel like that just works best! I swear by this mascara, at the minute I use the old original one, with their waterproof version over the top and that stuff does not budge for the life of me!

Thank-you for reading this blog post! I love each of these products and I hope this post has maybe given you some inspiration to try something new,

meg xo
